We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through our websites and products, including vantoracreative.com, crea-match.com (Creamatch), and verbrol.com(Verbrol) (collectively, the "Services").

- Campaign & usage data — briefs, deliverables, messages, and activity within the Services.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Market intelligence data (Verbrol) — publicly available social and web data aggregated from third-party sources for trend and listening analysis.
3. How we use your data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- To match brands with creators, manage campaigns, and process escrow payments and payouts;
- To generate trend, social listening, and market intelligence insights;
- To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, support requests, and service updates;
- To process payments, issue invoices, and comply with tax and accounting obligations (including SST);
- To improve and secure our Services, prevent fraud, and ensure quality through our two-stage QA process;

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
